High Mind at the No Mind festival July 5-12

The NO MIND FESTIVAL at Ängsbacka in Sweden is Scandinavia’s biggest festival when it comes to personal development, yoga and spirituality. It’s quite an extraordinary weeklong event, attracting many hundreds of participants and top level teachers from all over the world.

The last time I was there was + 16 years ago and I gave workshops in the field of spiritual awakening. This summer I am going back and this time the focus will be authentic leadership and how we can combine the inner with the outer, business with spirit to create outstanding results as indiviuals, organizations and as leaders of this planet in transition.

In one way quite different from what I do at for example Leadership Pipeline Institute and in another way the same. At the end of the day it’s all about increasing awareness, building trust by authenticity and doing hte job that needs to get done.

During the festival I will give workshops with 3 different themes: Self Leadership, Women as Leaders and The role of the professional Leader.
