About the program

This program provides you with a unique context, concrete tools and real wisdom to lead yourself and others to extraordinary results both personally and professionally.

Program modules

The modules are independent and you decide yourself how many you want to do and in what order. However, Module 1 is a requirement in order to participate in Modules 2-4. Module 5 - The Wild, can also be done completely independently.

You leave each module inspired, recharged and well prepared. In addition, you get:

This module is about establishing a connection with something bigger. Both in relation to who you are and to what you want to create, the changes and results you want to achieve. And how you can use this to much more effectively and meaningfully create engaging and measurable goals for your employees or business.

The goal is for you to have experienced a much greater awareness of who you are beyond roles, expectations and personality and what resources you actually have access to within you, just as you are. You should also have gained a basic understanding of how the mind works through neuroscience and how you can use the brain's neuroplasticity to radically and exponentially improve both well-being and business results.

This module is about seriously understanding and beginning to use the tremendous energy and capacity we possess when we make conscious choices and act in alignment with our inner core. How should I think and what should I feel in order to reach the results I want to achieve in the best and most beautiful way? When others struggle with leading and living in this VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambigious) world, you will constantly increase your resilience by being calm, creative and happy. You will learn breathwork to reduce stress and increase vitality and clear thinking.

The goal is for you to have increased your ability to direct your attention to what strengthens you and your organization in the long term instead of being drawn into putting out fires in the short term out of old habit. You should have mastered your internal navigation system and increased your ability to make wise decisions under uncertainty.

This module is about building strong relationships. Whether you want to get better at coaching and handling conflicts in a positive way or managing stakeholders effectively, communication is the key to everything. And how you communicate is often connected to your thoughts and feelings about the person or situation in question. Are you starting from a fear of failure or a desire to succeed, are you starting from how it has been in the past or how you want it to be in the future?

 The goal is for you to have gained basic knowledge in how to coach, handle conflicts and how to influence and lead upwards in the organization even without a mandate. You will have analyzed your subconscious thought habits that affect your communication on a daily basis and found strategies to replace the negative habits with strengthening habits.

To create a safe environment through clarity and thoughtful feedback, an authentic environment where you feel such a sense of belonging that difficult conversations become positive and developmental.

The goal is for you to have gained basic knowledge in how to facilitate creative processes, create safe spaces, make fact-based assessments and give feedback in such a way that it is appreciated and makes a difference.

  • Who are you? What do you want? What is important? Get in touch with your soul
  • Vision quest

This module is like no other. It is total magic and down to earth all at the same time. When we move out into nature, which is actually the closest thing to us but which has become alien to so many of us, there is a unique opportunity to sink into the silence and the natural rhythm and get hold of that most important thing . That thing that is so hard to put into words but as we all know - if it is not there, everything we do becomes a little empty. 

We will go out together to a beautiful and peaceful place in the forest. We set up camp, make a fire and cook together. The days consist of both practical tasks (gather wood, fetch water, make a fire, cook) and deep exercises and reflection to get in touch with the part of you that matters most, both as a private person and in your leadership. When you sit together around a campfire and the day darkens, conversations, insights and a sense of belonging that is otherwise difficult to achieve occur.

For those who wish, there will be an opportunity to do a vision quest. A vision quest is an ancient rite of passage that has helped people of all ages tap into their inner selves, get answers to deep questions and guidance on next steps. In practical terms, you are alone outdoors in a small and limited place for a certain number of hours, preferably at least a day.
